Is there any problem with shipping time? Been waiting for too long, I guess. I'm not in the UK, so I'd like to know how I can find out where my order is. I called to our post office, they say there's no parcel, but the email I received from Jacksonsart claims that the order has arrived. Looks like it's not true.

Excellent service from Jacksons, all purchases are packaged very well and delivered in great condition, competitive pricing and quick turnaround, always first choice, thank you Jacksons
If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for click & collect, received confirmation of where the parcel would be delivered, my money was taken & I was sent an email on 16th March confirming that the parcel had been dispatched. It is now 28th May & I still haven’t received the parcel because apparently I ‘made an error’ when ordering & it wasn’t tracked. Fair enough (although the order clearly states the store that I chose) but after over 2 months the parcel should have been returned to them so I could receive a refund but I’ve now been told that it may never be returned to them & I potentially will never get a refund. Absolutely disgusting service & as a previous customer I will never be ordering from them again. There are other companies selling the same stuff that don’t have any issues with ordering that I will be using in future!!
My purchase was correct an on time an I have ordered in the past an so far very good will use them again

I ordered 4 bespoke canvases along with some shellsol and brushes.
I expected the delay for the canvases but do not quite understand why you could not have sent the shellsol & brushes immediately?

I've emailed costumer service twice and they got back to me both times within a working day. I believe they have a phone line too, but I haven't actually used that.

Jackson's a legitimate art supply company in the UK. It has several stores and a thriving online business as well as an art blog.
